How we work
Most people call an electrician because something has gone wrong, and they call under pressure. That is a bad position from which to evaluate a quote, and the trade has not always treated it well. Our whole process is built to remove that pressure.
We diagnose before we quote. We show you what we found rather than describing it. We give a flat price for the work, agreed before anything starts, so there is no open-ended hourly meter. And when a repair will genuinely solve the problem, we recommend the repair, even where a replacement would be the larger invoice.
What we cover
Nine service categories: 24/7 emergency work, panel and service upgrades, whole house rewiring, EV charger installation, standby generators, lighting, general repair and troubleshooting, commercial electrical, and smart home wiring. Residential and commercial, new construction and hundred-year-old houses.
Where we work
All of Georgia. Crews are distributed rather than run from one central depot, which is what makes same-day service realistic in places well outside the metro. Every city we serve has its own page listing the services available there — see the full list.
Pricing
Flat pricing on quoted work. A defined diagnostic fee on troubleshooting calls, applied toward the repair if you approve it the same visit. An after-hours dispatch fee for night, weekend and holiday calls, disclosed on the phone before we come out. Financing available on larger projects.
Permits
We pull permits for the work that requires them and meet the inspector. You get the signed paperwork, which matters more than people expect when they sell the property.
The phone
(866) 651-5242 is answered by a person, 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Not an answering service that takes a message.
