These terms apply to use of beechwoodelectric.com and to services provided by Beechwood Electric Solutions.
Estimates and pricing
Quoted prices are based on the conditions observed at the time of quoting. Where concealed conditions are discovered once work begins, we stop, document what was found, and provide a revised price for your approval before continuing.
Scheduling
Arrival windows are estimates. Emergency dispatch may affect scheduled appointments, in which case we contact you to reschedule.
Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for one year from completion on standard work. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alterations by others, surges, lightning, flooding or pre-existing conditions outside the quoted scope.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Financing is available on qualifying projects.
